Mr Wayne Britton - Executive Director
Wayne has worked in the building industry for 30 years during which time he has developed a reputation for high quality construction and service. He started his career as a Carpenter and Joiner and then progressed to Building Surveyor for the Cities of Rockingham and Subiaco. Following this he spent time as the Building Services Manager for The City of Bayswater. Wayne has been a Registered Builder for 25 Years and now spends his time supervising the construction processess for Premiere Homes.
Beverly Britton - Director
Bev successfully completed a Diploma in Building Design and Drafting in 2002 and has extensive administrative experience. She manages all Contracts and Office Administration as well as Client Liaison and Pre Starts. Bev is our creative design specialist here at Premiere Homes, she assists the client in finding combinations of style, colour and texture that suits their vison and dreams for their new home.
Mr Julian Gibbings - Director
Julian holds a Business degree from Edith Cowan University and worked as a Systems Analyst for approximately six years with some of WA’s largest companies. Julian has extensive experience as a Sales Consultant in the Residential Housing Industry and manages the Estimating and Scheduling department of the company, ensuring that your Premiere Home is built using the best materials available at a very competitive cost.
